Bluewaters Island stands as one of Meraas's most ambitious projects. This man-made island off JBR coast features Ain Dubai, the world's tallest observation wheel standing over 250 meters tall (constructed with 9,000+ tonnes of steel). In January 2025, Meraas awarded AED 1 billion+ construction contract for Bluewaters Bay, premium waterfront residences.
CITY WALK

LA MER
